Ingredient Extracts
As America's leading producer of premium espresso, coffee, chai and tea ingredients, Toddy can develop and produce custom ingredient coffee extracts or tea extracts used to flavor ice cream, custard, frozen yogurt, cold coffee and tea drinks [iced, iced blended, latte, frozen and cooler], soy beverages, nutraceutical products, syrups, sauces and other select water, milk and juice-based beverages.
Toddy has developed or produced coffee concentrates and tea concentrates with ingredient extracts for consumer brands such as Caribou Coffee, Williams Sonoma, Folgers [P&G], Godiva Chocolatier, Seattle's Best Coffee, Arizona Iced Tea, Peet's, TCBY Yogurt, Publix and Barnie's.
Toddy has 40 years of experience processing a liquid coffee concentrates and tea concentrates using our patented cold-brew process. We use high-grade ingredients to produce a liquid concentrate that is superior to powdered and hot-brewed concentrates in quality and mixability.
Toddy works with select companies to help develop cost effective espresso, coffee, chai or tea concentrates for On-Demand, Ready-to-Drink [RTD] or Ready-to-Serve applications. We also create extracts [used as flavoring agents] for dairy products including milk, ice cream, iced coffee and frozen yogurt.
We have the ability to develop and fashion flavor profile, product strength, sweetness (and sweeteners), pH, viscosity for myriad applications. We can brew different roasts and varieties of coffee, teas, herbal teas, and organic coffees and teas.
