Product Return Policy
If for any reason you are less than pleased with your purchase of Toddy products, you may return it within the first 30 days for exchange, credit or full refund (excluding shipping & handling fees). After 30 days we will replace the item, if defective.
Please carefully repackage items for return in original or secure packaging. Send prepaid and insured to: Toddy Cafe, Returns Department, 1206 Brooks Street, Houston, Texas 77009. Use of a traceable shipping method is recommended as no credit can be given for items lost in shipping. Exchanges will be happily processed, however shipping and handling fees will apply.
